Core Requirements

High school diploma or Associate's Degree
4-5 years experience in Human Resources or Payroll
Knowledge of Payroll systems and accounting principles
Experience with PeopleSoft Finance preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Process HR Shared Service transactions according to defined agreements.
Ensure accurate financial and payroll data is uploaded in systems.
Complete payroll reconciliations and manage payroll queries.
Administer employee benefits and maintain records.
Monitor the activities of outsourced payroll vendors.
Assist in compliance with local tax filing and labor reporting.
Provide reports and analysis from HR & payroll systems.
