Core Requirements

  • High school diploma or Associate's Degree
  • 4-5 years experience in Human Resources or Payroll
  • Knowledge of Payroll systems and accounting principles
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Finance preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Process HR Shared Service transactions according to defined agreements.
  • Ensure accurate financial and payroll data is uploaded in systems.
  • Complete payroll reconciliations and manage payroll queries.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain records.
  • Monitor the activities of outsourced payroll vendors.
  • Assist in compliance with local tax filing and labor reporting.
  • Provide reports and analysis from HR & payroll systems.
