- 5+ years of payroll experience in the APAC region
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday
- Deep understanding of APAC payroll tax regulations
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and validation
- Execute end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple APAC countries
- Maintain compliance with local, regional, and national regulations
- Manage relationships with outsourced payroll vendors
- Analyze and reconcile payroll data for accuracy
- Integrate timekeeping and leave management systems
- Assist stakeholders with payroll-related queries
