- Experience in invoice processing and PR/PO lifecycle
- Competence in using financial software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of received invoice documents
- Coordinate with teams on payment matters
- Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
- Submit invoices to the Finance department
- Maintain trackers for monitoring work progress
- Ensure timely payment processing
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance
