Responsibilities
- Review withdrawal requests and verify client identity.
- Detect and escalate suspicious activities.
- Analyze withdrawal data and support reconciliation.
- Prepare summary reports and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Compliance teams.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule.
- Maintain accurate case records.
