Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in packaging
- Understanding of GMP principles
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
- Train and manage packaging operators.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machinery efficiency.
- Review Packaging Batch Records.
- Update and prepare operating procedures.
- Identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
