Core Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry
- Strong understanding of packaging operations
- Knowledge of production performance indicators
- Ability to manage team dynamics and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Schedule short-term production and manage MES.
- Conduct quality analysis and manage inventory.
- Operate the line during breaks or emergencies.
- Manage training and development of operators.
- Ensure accuracy of operational data.
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations.
