Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Output Management systems
- Liaise with users on Output Management requirements
- Perform administration functions on Output Management systems
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for Output related incidents
- Conduct maintenance and upgrades of Output Management systems
- Participate in audit and compliance reviews
- Manage Output Management driven projects and initiatives
