- Assist supervisors with tasks such as picking and sorting
- Manage and oversee workers' productivity
- Coordinate with logistics on shipment progress
- Handle return and refund investigations
- Ensure proper loading of parcels
- Provide performance reports to supervisors
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
