The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Techno-Functional Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and participating in end-to-end implementation cycles of Oracle Fusion HCM. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including two end-to-end implementation projects, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. - 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Experience in at least 4 HCM Cloud modules

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles.
- Conduct requirement gathering and solution design.
- Handle business process mapping and functional documentation.
- Develop HCM Extracts and integrations.
- Support data migration and conversion cycles.
- Configure HCM modules and support updates.
- Collaborate with functional teams on technical requirements.
