8 to 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience
Strong understanding of payroll and absence integration

Responsibilities

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor
Gather and analyze business requirements for time entry
Configure time layouts and profiles
Support integration with Absence Management and Payroll
Design inbound/outbound integrations using HCM Extracts
Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports
Troubleshoot defects and provide root cause analysis
