Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement HR processes using best practices.
- Manage business design processes for configurations.
- Oversee testing and develop training materials.
- Provide functional support for HRIS operations.
- Collaborate with HRIS team for system integration.
