Responsibilities

Conduct village surveys for customer prospecting.
Source new customers and form JLG groups.
Collect and validate customer information.
Coordinate approvals and disbursements.
Plan and notify customers for center meetings.
Ensure collections and recoveries from customers.
Maintain relationships with existing borrowers.
