- 5 years of experience in payments or fintech.
- Strong understanding of payment regulations.
- Experience in managing payment operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities of PJP.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations.
- Coordinate with Risk and Compliance teams.
- Monitor service uptime and incident handling.
- Identify gaps in processes and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and growth.
