Core Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Insurance
- Tertiary degree in Business Management or similar
- Experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Strong collaborative capabilities
Responsibilities
- Manage all operational matters in Singapore
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement Service Excellence initiatives
- Perform Systems and Process reviews
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
- Lead and develop team members
