Core Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Insurance

  • Strong collaborative capabilities

  • Manage all operational matters in Singapore
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement Service Excellence initiatives
  • Perform Systems and Process reviews
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
  • Lead and develop team members
