- Knowledge of Customs Procedure
- Knowledge of Air Cargo Freight Forwarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Drive business reviews with clients.
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
- Negotiate with customers on contracts.
- Coordinate technical solutions in tenders.
- Manage KPI reporting.
- Supervise cross-regional operations.
- Ensure SOP compliance and monitor deviations.
