- Direct sales planning and implementation in the region
- Coordinate with KAMs for sales initiatives
- Analyze and evaluate employee KPIs
- Collaborate with KAMs for partnership strengthening
- Ensure product availability at all sales points
- Recruit and train team members for high performance
- Manage operational budgets and costs
