Responsibilities

Deliver Information Systems service line operations activities.
Coordinate with supplier resources for operational performance.
Monitor service requests and SLAs.
Drive technical support for onboarding new sites.
Keep OT-IDS Solutions operational and address issues.
Collaborate with global security teams.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for service issues.
