- Oversee daily hub operations for efficiency

- Lead team briefings and conduct performance assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Assist Customer Support with escalations
- Coordinate with agency coordinators for team management
