Core Requirements

Ability to manage staff and train employees
Experience with operational workflows and SOPs
Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to operational workflows and SOPs
Monitor daily in scan and out scan of shipments
Conduct daily staff briefings on operational changes
Check and hand over delivery sheets to delivery staff
Handle security exceptions and conduct audits
Ensure timely collection and submission of COD cash
Generate and maintain MIS related to the service center
