Core Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech/BE – Electrical/Renewable Energy
1-5 years of experience in solar PV O&M
Strong understanding of solar PV systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults
Valid electrical supervisor/wireman license (preferred)

Responsibilities

Monitor plant performance using SCADA systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems.
Track daily energy generation and performance ratios.
Manage fault handling and troubleshooting.
Prepare O&M reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards.
Coordinate with site technicians and subcontractors.
