  • Monitor and process tickets and concerns promptly.
  • Manage business partner performance against SLAs.
  • Escalate issues to OPS Lead and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support Operations Lead with requirements.
  • Contribute to product innovation and process improvements.
