Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex Excel workbooks
- Prepare customer invoices using internal data
- Upload invoices into NetSuite or similar ERP
- Prepare and upload journal entries into ERP
- Perform reconciliations between workbooks and reports
- Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes
- Manage repetitive tasks while maintaining detail orientation
