- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- 2-3 years in a senior management role
- Experience in the security/surveillance distribution sector
- Fluency in Nepali and English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies.
- Manage the complete P&L for the distribution business.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
- Drive large-ticket project sales.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including inventory management.
