- Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfillment or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and Python.
- Ability to travel extensively across Southeast Asia.
- Proven project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of operational improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse leaders to identify issues.
- Manage initiatives from problem definition to scaling solutions.
- Utilize data analysis to guide decision-making.
- Drive improvements in inventory and warehouse layout.
- Lead high-priority projects like new site launches.
- Document practices into playbooks and drive adoption.
