- Experience in IT support services management

- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Project management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end user IT support services for the Whole-of-Government.
- Ensure delivery of contractual deliverables and improve user satisfaction.
- Project manage implementation of contractors' services.
- Review service design for compliance with policies.
- Liaise with agency representatives for feedback on service delivery.
- Establish processes for IT support service provisioning.
- Analyze IT support data for service improvement.
