Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor solar power plants.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly O&M reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with technicians.
- Liaise with DISCOM authorities for grid matters.
