Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot escalated issues with customers.
- Manage escalations effectively.
- Work with vendors and partners to resolve issues.
- Utilize tools to identify and resolve network problems.
- Configure routers and firewalls using templates.
- Perform circuit and router service requests.
- Maintain MPLS, VPN, and SDWAN transports.
