Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of the SolarWinds platform
- Design and implement SolarWinds from scratch
- Architect scalable environments
- Handle escalations and complex troubleshooting
- Implement and manage SolarWinds modules
- Lead and mentor NMS teams
- Build executive dashboards and operational reports
