Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum CCNP or equivalent certification
8+ years of experience in network infrastructure
Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
Ability to work with international teams

Responsibilities

Provide network incident support for issues escalated from Level 1.
Troubleshoot network protocols including TCP/IP and BGP.
Configure network devices using Meraki and Juniper tools.
Collaborate with service desk and business partners for issue resolution.
Notify teams of network outages and maintenance events.
Ensure changes meet business standards prior to deployment.
Participate in meetings and contribute to network improvement.
