Responsibilities

Act as primary escalation point for incidents
Troubleshoot complex datacenter and GPU cloud incidents
Perform root cause analysis
Operate and troubleshoot datacenter networks
Support dual-stack and IPv6-only environments
Collaborate with international engineering teams
Contribute to operational documentation
