Responsibilities

Provide Level-2 network support for clients.
Troubleshoot incidents across LAN and WAN networks.
Support Cisco routers and switches configuration.
Handle escalations from Level-1 teams.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for network issues.
Monitor network performance and capacity.
Coordinate with UK clients and engineering teams.
