- Evaluate monthly financial performance of relationship managers.
- Review profit centers' performance against revenue goals.
- Implement performance measurement systems.
- Analyze and distribute relevant internal and external data.
- Assist management in strategy formulation.
- Oversee adherence to business plans through variance analysis.
- Formulate annual budgets for expenses and capital expenditures.
