Core Requirements

- Experience in merchandising planning or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills for sales and inventory management
- Business-level English proficiency
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail IT environments
Responsibilities
- Create and manage sales budgets and inventory plans
- Establish pricing strategies for seasonal assortments
- Track KPIs and adjust plans to meet targets
- Coordinate with Marketing for promotional strategies
- Issue purchase orders and monitor production schedules
- Identify risks and opportunities to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies
