Core Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
- Diploma or above in merchandising or a related field.
- Strong production follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and excellent English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in product development to meet quality and budget requirements.
- Manage production and order follow-up for timely delivery.
- Negotiate prices and source suppliers for cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors during product development.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on customer needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
