Core Requirements
- Technical certificate/diploma in MEP fields
- 1-3 years of experience in building or hotel maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair pumps, AHUs/FCUs, chillers, electrical panels, and plumbing systems
- Support Duty Engineers during breakdowns
- Carry out scheduled PM tasks and record completed work
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives
- Report abnormalities and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance processes
