- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a medical technologist role
- Strong background in Hematology and biochemistry
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ISO 15189
Responsibilities
- Adhere to laboratory policies & procedures.
- Perform maintenance activities on laboratory equipment.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory materials.
- Receive and check sample integrity.
- Identify and document corrective actions for test failures.
- Perform testing and record patient results.
- Ensure adherence to safety and decontamination procedures.
