- Medical Degree
- Active Medical License in the Philippines
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience in Emergency Room or General Practice
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence status
Responsibilities
- Operate a medical triage phone line for sick cabin crew.
- Provide medical assessments and interventions via phone.
- Ensure non-operating crew are returned to home base quickly.
- Operate a callback medical advice line for patients.
- Give safe medical advice for self-limiting health problems.
- Manage a 24/7 emergency line for life-threatening conditions.
- Review medical reports and health declarations for fitness to work.
