- Excellent customer service abilities
Responsibilities
- Process medical billing from eligibility to payment completion
- Verify patient benefits and eligibility
- Monitor revenue for accuracy and timeliness
- Handle patient account inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate and resolve denied claims
- Prepare and transmit clinical charges
- Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
