Core Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or construction in oil & gas or chemical industries.
- Minimum NITEC certification or equivalent.
- Proven ability to diagnose equipment failures.
- Knowledge of SAP (GSAP) maintenance module.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain mechanical static and rotating equipment.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance activities.
- Drive accountability and performance standards.
- Mentor mechanical maintenance personnel.
- Document equipment technical records and updates.
- Manage maintenance work requests using CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
