- Education in Marine or Mechanical Engineering

- Support foremen and planners in resource allocation
- Coordinate inter-trade work sequences
- Assist project managers and trades supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Motivate and monitor team performance
- Communicate training needs and process improvements
- Prepare progress reports and management records
