Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding and tooling.
- Experience with DFM and DFMEA methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ITE hearing aids and components.
- Implement new technologies using engineering tools.
- Lead innovation projects with suppliers and research institutions.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking for design improvements.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation.
- Support product maintenance and production ramp-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
