Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech management.
- High proficiency in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong vendor negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year marketing technology roadmap.
- Lead the RFP process for new MarTech solutions.
- Conduct regular technology audits to support business growth.
- Establish frameworks for lead scoring and segmentation.
- Oversee the integration of MarTech with CRM and Data Warehouse.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing and IT teams.
- Identify opportunities for process automation.
