Core Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related fields
1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations or CRM support
Fluent in English communication skills
Familiar with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
Basic knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio

Responsibilities

Build and maintain emails and landing pages in HubSpot
Respond to HubSpot admin requests
Manage content updates in HubSpot Content Hub
Set up workflows and automate campaigns
Import and export CSVs for data management
Use GA4 for analytics reporting
Apply UTMs and verify analytics pixels
