Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Instagram DM automation flows
- Develop WhatsApp Business automation sequences
- Create chatbot flows for lead qualification
- Set up automated consultation booking reminders
- Implement re-engagement sequences for consultation no-shows
- Track automation performance metrics
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager
