Core Requirements
- M.Tech/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 8-10 years in API manufacturing
- Experience in data-enabled process improvements
- Hands-on technical leadership skills
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead MVDA workstreams for process monitoring
- Establish univariate and multivariate monitoring strategies
- Develop AI/ML applications for manufacturing improvements
- Create data pipelines for analytics
- Support continuous manufacturing processes
- Coach teams on statistics and problem-solving
- Collaborate with global teams for optimization
