Core Requirements

M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline
12–18 years of experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing
Experience in technology transfer and process validations
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Drive MSTG strategy for injectable manufacturing.
Lead design and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Oversee technology transfer projects across multiple sites.
Ensure readiness of manufacturing sites for product introductions.
Lead process validation strategies including compliance checks.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
Mentor a high-performing team and engage with senior leadership.
