- 5–14 years of aerospace manufacturing experience
- Hands-on CNC/CMM programming skills
- Familiarity with industry standards like APQP and PPAP
- Certifications in NX CAM or Lean Six Sigma
Responsibilities
- Develop process planning for AeroEngine components.
- Execute CNC programming and CMM programming.
- Create technical drawings using NX CAM and VERICUT.
- Manage quality notifications and non-conformance activities.
- Conduct supplier audits to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with zero-defect manufacturing standards.
- Optimize production methods using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
