3+ years of experience in automated inspection systems
Expertise with Keyence and Cognex systems
Knowledge of AI/ML applications
Strong troubleshooting and project management skills

Responsibilities

Design and configure AOI hardware systems.
Develop image processing algorithms.
Program Keyence and Cognex vision systems.
Integrate AOI systems with PLCs and MES.
Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Lead training for operators and engineers.
Manage cross-functional projects.
