Core Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
- Undergraduate degree in business or finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition transactions from evaluation to integration
- Qualify acquisition targets and assess competitive advantages
- Conduct financial modeling and due diligence
- Prepare business summaries and investment memos
- Engage with companies for acquisition opportunities
- Maintain relationships with acquisition targets and intermediaries
- Report on acquisition activity and performance
