Core Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Data & Analytics.
- 8+ years in a senior leadership role at an India-based GCC.
- Advanced degree in Technical or Business Management.
- Experience managing large teams, preferably over 1000 employees.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies and marketing integration.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead evolution of the Chennai GCC into a Center of Excellence.
- Align operations with global AI roadmap.
- Develop and execute the GCC Playbook.
- Oversee planning and delivery of India projects.
- Drive culture of innovation and capability building.
- Ensure high-value client and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage financial performance and operational metrics.
